In 2016 Joseph and Rebecca visited Honduras on a BMDMI mission trip. 16 months later they arrived on the field as teachers for the Good Shepherd Christian Academy. Within 6 weeks of arriving they decided to begin the process to become career missionaries. They have now been serving in Honduras for 3 years as of January 2021. Currently Joseph is the Honduran Field Director ensuring the mission, teams and ministries function to their best capacity here in Honduras. Joseph also has a passion for working alongside pastors to develop healthy churches. He is a leader and coach to the pastors of a recent church plant:Valley Church that is located in the valley he lives in. Rebecca homeschools their children and plugs into ministry opportunities for women often.
