Carolyn Herrington has served as a Career Missionary since 1968. She and her late husband, Charlie, founded Baptist Medical & Dental Mission International in Tegucigalpa, Honduras after seeing the tremendous physical suffering there.  Carolyn currently serves as the Special Assistant to the President. Her lengthy missionary service and wealth of knowledge provide valuable insight as BMDMI continues to expand its ministries and the number of missionaries on the field.  She also stays involved in Honduras and Nicaragua where she helps lead Ladies Discipleship Ministries and counsels missionaries and staff.

Carolyn is originally from Birmingham, Alabama.
