Description of Position
Teachers plan and teach children at a bilingual, Christian school on the grounds of the Good Sherpherd Children's Home that provides education to residents of the children's home and children living in the surrounding community. Click this link to see specific needs.

Responsibilities
Plan and teach lessons to students of the school on the basis of a Christian worldview.
Assist in fundraising efforts when appropriate.
Look for ways to be involved in the lives of children who are residents of the children's home.
Provide some tutoring for children who need extra help.
Organize and plan activities for short-term mission teams that visit the facilities regularly.
Additional Requirements
Ability to speak Spanish is not necessary, but can be beneficial. A bachelor's degree preferrably in teaching is required for those fulfilling the role of teacher.
